The proforma states its condition
Before you pay, the proforma invoice states the part, the quantity and its exact condition (new, used or reconditioned). That is what you approve.

A guarantee letter travels with the part
Inside the case goes the Guarantee Letter signed by Vessel Spares, confirming that the part is the one described in the proforma.

If it arrives different, we answer
If on opening the case the part does not match the proforma, tell us with photos and we take care of it.
Cargo tracking
Every order has its number, and you follow it from confirmation to arrival.
Paperwork
Proforma, invoice, packing list, origin and shipping documents: we take care of them.

Packing, marking and coordination of the shipment to the port or airport you name.
